control over the usage of any part. Kitech Performance
Limited
expects the Dealer and the Dealer’s customers to exercise
good
judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and
maintenance of
any parts. Kitech Performance Limited assume no
responsibility
for damage or injury of any kind because of the misuse or
the improper
application of any parts in any way by any person.
Kitech Performance Limited shall not be liable for any
indirect
or consequential damages whatsoever.
