Statutory Right
to Cancel
If you are a
consumer and you order any item from us you have the
statutory right within the United Kingdom to cancel the
order and return any goods ordered in exchange for a
refund.
This statutory right of cancellation starts on the date
that you submit your order and expires within seven
working days beginning on the day after the day on
which you receive the goods (hereinafter the ìUK
Statutory Right of Cancellationî).
To cancel your
order you should notify us by email, fax or in writing,
and send the goods back to us within twenty one days of
the date of cancellation. You are responsible for
ensuring that the goods are received by us and are not
damaged in transit. Goods should therefore be securely
packaged. We recommend that you return items using
recorded delivery, for your protection.
You are also
responsible for the cost of returning items to us,
unless the items were incorrectly delivered on our
part, or the items are damaged or faulty.

below. Please note that your statutory rights are not
affected.

Performance Returns policy
At Kitech
Performance we aim to provide you with the highest
standards of customer service. If you need to return
goods bought online, please follow the guidelines
below:
1. All products
can be returned for refund providing they are in an
unused and re-saleable condition.
2. All non
faulty goods for refund must reach us within
21 days of the
date of cancellation.
3. To help us
process your return, goods should be accompanied by
your name and contact details, the order number and the
date of purchase. (Please print and complete a
returns
form to
accompany your goods.) This will allow us to refund you
correctly.
4. Please
email, fax or telephone Kitech Performance for a return
authorisation code prior to returning
goods.
5. Kitech
Performance will refund (including postage costs) any
product which is wrongly delivered, is damaged on
delivery or is found to be faulty after
investigation.
6. Kitech
Performance will not refund postage expenses for non
faulty goods returned.
7. Subject to
the UK Statutory Right of Cancellation, any proper and
reasonable costs that Kitech Performance incurs for the
collection of non faulty goods will be deducted from
your refund.

Faulty
goods
If you are
concerned that a product we have supplied is faulty and
wish to return it to us for assessment please follow
the guidelines below:
1. Any goods
returned for assessment must be in a clean and dry
condition due to Health and Safety
legislation.
2. Customers
should contact Kitech Performance by email or telephone
for a Return Authorisation number prior to returning
goods for investigation.
3. Goods should
be accompanied by your name and contact details, the
order number and the date of purchase. (Please print
and complete a returns form
to accompany your
goods.) This will allow us to refund you
correctly.
4. Full details
of the perceived fault should be given in a brief
letter and the goods returned to the address
below.
5. Please note
that an investigation into perceived faulty goods may
take several days to complete as we may have to refer
the goods to the manufacturer.
6. If the goods
are found to have a fault Kitech Performance will,
subject to the UK Statutory Right of Cancellation,
repair, replace or refund the goods (at the sole
discretion of Kitech Performance).
7. If the goods
are found to not be faulty, the goods will be returned
to you. Kitech Performance, subject to the UK Statutory
Right of Cancellation, reserves the right to charge you
for the costs incurred in dealing with goods that are
found not to be faulty.
8. Customers
should note that by buying the product they are
accepting the terms of the product guarantee and
the terms and
conditions of Kitech Performance. For return
