Delivery Times
Please allow 1-5 working days for standard delivery. UK holidays are not included as working days. If we are temporarily out of stock of an item we will notify you immediately and give you as much information regarding delivery dates as we can. We reserve the right to supply products directly from our suppliers.
Items will usually be delivered within normal working hours (ie. 8.30am – 5.30pm) and therefore the address given should accommodate this. All items must be signed for.
**Deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and BFPO.
For deliveries to these areas we do not believe that you should pay any more but we would ask you to give us an extra couple of days to get the goods to you. We will not be able to offer a next day service to these areas. Items will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Large/Heavy goods
For goods which are very bulky or over 15kg in weight we may have to add a small surcharge and use a service which will take longer to deliver.
International Orders and Post Office Boxes
We regret that we are unable to offer an international delivery service at this time, and we cannot deliver to P.O Box numbers.
Delivery Addresses
When you place your order you have the option of specifying an alternative delivery address if this would be more convenient for you (for example, your place of work.) In all cases we will require a signature on delivery, so the delivery address given should accommodate delivery between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
